• All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
• Since these are downloadable files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the purchase is complete.
3.2 Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in cases where:
• You were charged multiple times due to a technical error.
• You did not receive your download link and support was unable to resolve the issue.
